4️⃣ Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of:

Unauthorised payment
Abuse of promotions

If cancelled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5️⃣ Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order
Cancel orders due to stock issues, supplier issues, or pricing errors
Request additional verification before dispatch

6️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

Courier delays
Customs delays
Parcels marked as delivered
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Risk passes to the customer once the parcel is marked as delivered by the courier.

7️⃣ Returns, Product Representation & Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges except where goods are faulty or materially not as described under UK consumer law.

Some product images displayed on our website or social media may include:

AI-generated visuals
Digital mock-ups
Styled promotional imagery
Lighting-enhanced or edited photography

While we aim to ensure all imagery accurately represents the product, slight variations may occur in:

These variations do not constitute a product being “not as described” where the item delivered matches the written product description and specifications.

Hair extensions are natural products and may vary slightly in colour, wave pattern, or texture due to lighting and sourcing differences.

8️⃣ Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Where delivery tracking confirms successful delivery, this may be used as evidence in response to disputes.

We reserve the right to:

Challenge fraudulent chargebacks
Provide evidence to payment processors
Restrict future purchases from customers engaging in abusive dispute activity

9️⃣ Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

From time to time, we may offer pre-orders or limited collections.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the stated production and shipping timeframe.

Pre-orders remain subject to our no-returns policy.
