Thank you for shopping with The MelaFemme Collective and MelaFemme Tresses. We aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable shipping experience for all customers.


1️⃣ Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product type:

  • TMC Merchandise: 2–5 business days

  • MelaFemme Tresses: 3–7 business days

  • TMC Clothing (Print-on-Demand): 5–10 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

Please note: Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, product launches, or promotional events.


2️⃣ Fulfilment & Shipping Methods

Print-on-Demand Clothing

These items are produced using an on-demand manufacturing supplier and shipped directly once production is complete.

MelaFemme Tresses – Hair Extensions & Wigs

Hair products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfilment partner.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

We ship UK orders using Royal Mail or an equivalent tracked courier service.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3️⃣ Free Event Collection (TMC Events)

Customers may select “Pick Up” at checkout when purchasing TMC Merchandise only (excluding TMC Clothing and MelaFemme Tresses).

Select:
TMC Event – London City

You will receive an email with:

  • Event location

  • Collection date

  • Collection instructions

Customers must present a valid order confirmation and photo ID when collecting items.

Uncollected items may be returned to stock after a reasonable period and subject to availability.


4️⃣ International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, delivery times may vary depending on customs processing. Customers would be responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.


5️⃣ Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the courier system.


6️⃣ Delivery Responsibility & Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Parcels marked as delivered by the courier

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate before completing their purchase.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, you must contact the courier directly to raise a claim.


7️⃣ Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order appears delayed or missing in transit (and is not marked as delivered), please contact:

Include your order number and tracking details.
We will assist in initiating a courier investigation where applicable.


8️⃣ Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with The MelaFemme Collective or MelaFemme Tresses, you agree to our processing, shipping, and returns policies.

Customers must contact us directly at info@themelafemmecollective.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, this will be used as evidence in response to any chargeback claim.

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute fraudulent chargebacks

  • Provide order, tracking, and delivery confirmation to payment providers

  • Restrict future purchases from customers who file unjustified disputes


9️⃣ Pre-Orders, Launch Drops & High-Demand Periods

From time to time, we may release limited collections, pre-orders, or launch drops.

During these periods:

  • Processing times may be extended beyond standard timeframes

  • Estimated dispatch windows will be stated on the product page

By purchasing a pre-order or launch item, you acknowledge and accept the stated production and shipping timeframe.

Pre-orders and limited drops remain subject to our No Returns / All Sales Final policy.


1️⃣0️⃣ Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect our customers and our business from fraud, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional verification for high-value or flagged orders

  • Cancel and refund orders suspected of fraudulent activity

  • Delay dispatch pending verification

If an order is cancelled due to suspected fraud, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to customers who violate our policies or engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour.
