At The MelaFemme Collective and MelaFemme Tresses, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our fulfilment and production process, all sales are final.


Print-on-Demand Clothing & Merchandise

All apparel and merchandise are produced using an on-demand manufacturing supplier. Each item is made specifically to order and quality checked before dispatch.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

Because these items are custom-made and produced per order, we do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds for change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect colour selection

Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


MelaFemme Tresses – Hair Extensions & Wigs

All hair bundles, closures, frontals, and wigs sold under MelaFemme Tresses are shipped directly from our trusted supplier.

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

  • Raw hair bundles, closures and frontals

  • Lace wigs

  • Custom wigs

  • Opened, worn, altered, or handled hair products

Hair extensions are considered hygiene-sensitive products and cannot be resold once opened or handled.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • A brief description

We will review the claim and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.


Shipping & Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout.


UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with UK law.
